Shuttle transfers for your half-day whale watching cruise leave from reception and travel to the jetty head. Once onboard, ask the whale cruise staff about purchasing an upgrade to a swim with the whales’ experience!

Peak rates apply for travel during school holidays, and blackout dates may apply. Unused package components are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative services. You have booked under a special campaign offer, which requires full payment at the time of booking. Cancellations or amendments are allowed up to 30 days before arrival, subject to a $100 cancellation/amendment fee. If the reservation is changed to a different rate plan before the 30-day arrival window, no refunds will be issued. Instead, any applicable credit (minus the cancellation/amendment fee) will be applied to the booking for use at the resort. Cancellations, amendments, or failure to arrive within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the full reservation value, with no refund applicable. Early departures or reductions in the length of stay are considered cancellations and are non-refundable. Cancellations due to inclement weather, illness, or change of mind are not eligible for refunds and must be claimed through the guest’s travel insurance. Please note - The 'swim with the whales experience' can proceed based on an assessment of weather and safety conditions, at the discretion of the Quick Cat II crew. The beginning of the season is the primary time for whale swims, into early September. Whale swims are an additional charge and can be paid in cash or via credit card whilst on your 1/2 day tour. Full refunds are issued if the whale swim is unsuccessful.
